Our inner and outer nature is deeply connected, and wisdom is the key word to bring them into balance.
We choose a powerful and magical place, the Lofoten islands in the north of Norway. Its contrasts, sharp light and closeness to all elements brings us easily into balance and inner silence.
To get there is already a little journey where we leave our daily life behind.
Our lodge is located in the midst of a magnificent hiking Eldorado, right at a lake and only 5 minutes from the sea.
We spend the 4 days exploring the area with different hikes and peaks from where one has the overview over the entire area.
During our hikes we spend some time in complete silence with our intention inward, we get to know each other in deep dialogue walks where we share from our hearts and listen deeply, we sit in nature to write into our diaries what is happening inside us, and sometimes we walk barefoot in order to connect to mother earth. Our lunches will be taken outside and in the late afternoons back at the lodge we share our thoughts, experiences.
Our days start and end with kundalini yoga and meditation.
This is a time of transformation or reconnection, a time to refill and re-joy.
DAY 1
Arrival in Moskenes in the evening around 20:00 and 5 minutes transfer to the lodge. A light meal and checking into the rooms.
Gathering and short introduction.
DAY 2
Kundalini yoga with meditation to start the day. Then introduction to Goal Mapping with Mona.
During our hike, we spend time to connect to our goals and visions.
After lunch, dialogue walks and writing into diaries. Back at the Lodge and time to relax and a new session with Goal Mapping
Dinner and afterwards sharing. A short meditation before going to sleep
DAY 3
Kundalini yoga with meditation in the morning followed by breakfast
Goal Mapping in praxis. We create our own Map for our future vision and then. Hike to a top for an overview.
Time to write into the diaries and then lunch together.

DAY 4
Kundalini yoga with meditation to start the day.
Breakfast and afterwards we continue with our personal Goal Map.
Another top tour and sound healing in the local, yoga place to end the day.
Last dinner celebration

Leaving Lofoten Planet at 06:30 in order to catch the 07:00 am ferry.
